Hailing from North Augusta SC, Coach Vic was a decorated 2 sport athlete who played football and baseball. Drafted out of high school in the 4th round by the Kansas City Royals, Vic played his entire 7 year professional baseball career in the Minor and Independent baseball leagues.
Upon conclusion of his playing career, Coach Vic immediately entered college as a student and also started his coaching career, concurrently. Certified as an Intervention Specialist with a Masters Degree in Education Leadership, Coach Vic has enjoyed a career in middle and high school teaching along with coaching football and baseball at multiple playing levels. Coach Vic has over 19 years of combined coaching experience and baseball instruction from the college ranks all the way down to tee ball and pee wee league flag football.

Entering his 3rd year of assisting his son Coach Jamal, Coach Stancil will be joining THE OUTLAWS full time for the 25-26 season. Former decorated high school baseball and football player. Attended Jacksonville State and Quarterbacked the squad for 4 years. Current Gwinnett County Head Football Coach and assistant baseball coach. Former pitcher and utility player with over 20 years of coaching experience. Dynamic coach and teacher with incomparable passion and ability to develop athletes. Dad of Coach Jamal!

'20 -'22 Oglethorpe University, INF
Matthew grew up in Duluth, GA and went to high school at Peachtree Ridge where he started shortstop all four years. Once
he graduated, he attended Oglethorpe University where he started in the infield for those two years. While at Oglethorpe,
Matthew played middle infield and third base in his freshman year and then made the switch to first base the following year. After an injury halfway through his sophomore season, Matthew decided to transfer to Kennesaw State University, where he is
currently working towards a degree in accounting. Throughout high school and college Matthew and his team would
always help the local youth teams at their practices. While still in college, Matthew has begun his coaching career this year in
hopes to give back all the knowledge he has gathered from his coaches over the years. He looks forward to coaching his team and shaping them into not only great baseball players but also great men off the field.
'20 Young Harris University, C
Seth played High School baseball at Peachtree Ridge HS and graduated in 2020 before heading to Young Harris College to continue his playing career. Seth is now finishing up his degree at Kennesaw State University with aspirations of becoming a school teacher and coaching High School baseball.
Seth also coaches travel baseball for the Outlaws Travel Baseball organization in Atlanta. His passion for the game, knowledge and wisdom as a catcher, and infectiously positive attitude makes him a great mentor and teacher of the game.

Entering his fourth year with the OUTLAWS, Coach Jamal has become a cornerstone of the program through his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to developing young athletes. Known for his calm, even temperament and knowledge of the game, Coach Jamal excels at connecting with players on a personal level, earning their respect while challenging them to grow.
His ability to “coach up” talent and bring out the best in players regardless of skill level—has made a lasting impact on the culture of his teams. Loyal to the OUTLAWS and passionate about the game, he is driven by a desire to not only develop great baseball players, but also instill values that carry off the field: leadership, perseverance, and hard work.
'19 Southern Wesleyan U, C
Conner grew up in Oconee County, GA and made his way over to Central, SC to start his collegiate baseball career. Conner attended Southern Wesleyan University and was a starter all 4 years. While at Southern Wesleyan, Conner finished in the top 10 in career home runs and doubles.
Conner graduated with a business and sports management degree from SWU in 2019.
While playing in college, Conner gave private hitting and catching lessons during the summers at Level 5 Performance in Athens, GA. Not being out of college for long, coaching at RST is his first step into travel baseball and team coaching. He looks forward to using the knowledge and skills he has attained throughout his career to pass on to his players.
Dave grew up in Daytona Beach, FL and began his college baseball journey in Columbus, OH playing at Capital University. After two years, Dave transferred and finished his playing career at Piedmont College, where he was part of the 2011 NCAA regional tournament team. Dave received his Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from Piedmont.
Upon graduation, Dave began his coaching career as a grad assistant at Piedmont while acquiring his MBA postgraduate degree. During this time, he was also assigned duties as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Certified as a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Dave takes great pride in training professionals through youth aged athletes to physically prepare their bodies for the demands of their sport. Dave has spent the better part of the past decade researching, coaching, and training the major aspects of baseball performance at the youth, high school, and college level.
Coach Vic was recognized by the College of Education for his work after receiving his Masters of Education in 2011. By putting his degrees to work, Vic Radcliff is "teaching" and reaching!
